Reservations with the Lisboa Card
For some attractions, a free online reservation with your Lisboa Card is mandatory. Here we show you step by step how to book your time slot ticket - the process is identical for all attractions that require a reservation.
Access is not possible without prior online reservation. Reservations are free of charge exclusively for Lisboa Card holders.
Pick up Lisboa Card first
The reservation only works if you have the code of your physical Lisboa Card at hand. So before you start your reservation, pick up your card at one of the Ask Me Lisboa locations. You will find the card code on the front of the card in LC 000000000 format.
How to book your ticket - step by step
The following screenshots show the process using the Torre de Belém as an example. The process is identical for other Lisboa Card attractions that require a reservation - simply select the relevant tile on the landing page (step 1).
Open reservation portal
Open the official reservation portal. On the landing page you will see an overview of all bookable monuments. Select the tile of your attraction with the addition „LISBOA CARD“ - In the example below, this is the tile marked in red „TORRE DE BELÉM - LISBOA CARD“. Important: There is also a regular (paid) tile for each attraction. Make sure you choose the Lisboa Card variant, otherwise the Lisboa Card discount will not be offered at checkout.

Select date
A calendar will open in the next step. Select the desired visit date. Available days are marked in color. Note the closing day of your attraction - many museums in Lisbon are closed on Mondays.
Select time window
Then choose a free time slot for your visit. Entries are divided into time slots to avoid overcrowding.
Select number of tickets
Select the desired number of tickets. Each ticket is linked to its own Lisboa Card - so you need a separate card and card code for each person who wants to go with you. Then click on „ADD“, to add the tickets to the shopping cart.
Check shopping cart
You will now see your selected tickets with date and time in the shopping cart. By default, the regular admission price is displayed - don't worry, in the next step we will set the Lisboa Card discount of 100 %.
Discount option „LISBOA CARD 100.00 %“ choose
Below each ticket you will find the section „DISCOUNTS“. Set the check mark here at „LISBOA CARD 100.00 %“ for each ticket individually. This reduces the price to €0.
Enter Lisboa Card code
A window for entering the code will open. Enter the code for your Lisboa Card here. The code is printed on the front of your physical card in LC 000000000 format (two letters followed by nine digits). Then click on „CONFIRM“.
Enter personal data
After entering the code, enter your personal details: Name, e-mail address and telephone number. The phone number is important because you will also receive the ticket as a text message on your cell phone. Enter the country code (for example +49 for Germany).
Finalize booking
Complete the booking. The total price is €0 - no payment is required. You will receive a booking confirmation with your personal QR code directly on the screen. You will also receive the ticket by SMS to the telephone number provided.
You can either print out the ticket or show it digitally on your smartphone. The QR code is scanned at the entrance to the attraction - at some attractions your physical Lisboa Card is also checked. You can find the special features for each attraction in the sections below.
